DIRECTOR OF MASTERING MEDIATION

Flavia is a second-year student at the Geneva Graduate Institute specializing in conflict, peace, and security. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Zurich. Professionally, she has gained experience in geopolitical and strategic advisory work, diplomacy, international cooperation, as well as Swiss and international security policy, building on roles at a consulting firm, the Mission of Switzerland to NATO, and the Center for Security Studies at ETH Zurich. Through Mastering Mediation, she strives to create a space that fosters dialogue and advances peaceful approaches to global challenges.
