The Mastering Mediation Team pioneered "Mastering Mediation: An Advanced Academic Training," a Fall 2025 course within the Peacebuilding Initiative. Designed for aspiring mediators and peace negotiators, the team crafted an environment of rigorous, immersive learning, where each session imparts essential theoretical knowledge and practical tools for navigating complex conflicts. Each session is taught by a different professional in the mediation field. Guest Speakers include experts from the Centre of Humanitarian Dialogue, Swisspeace, the Berghof Foundation, Interpeace, and more.

Through this course, we aspire to set a new standard in training, deepen our collective understanding, and convene key actors. Above all, we hope to foster an inspiring, joyful experience that empowers a new generation of mediators to advance sustainable peace.
