DIRECTOR OF COMMUNICATIONS

Pilar is a second-year Master’s student at the Geneva Graduate Institute, specializing in Conflict, Peace, and Security. Her research explores post-conflict education as a pathway to societal cohesion and healing. She brings over five years of combined experience with Link Education Partners, U.S. Congressional Offices, and research initiatives focused on marginalized communities.

Pilar views youth engagement in peacebuilding processes as essential to generational healing. As Director of Communications, Pilar leads the Communications Team in advancing the Peacebuilding Initiative’s visibility and amplifying youth impact in fostering sustainable growth.
